From Wednesday to Friday evenings, trains heading towards Orpington and Sevenoaks will not stop at Lewisham from around 12:30am. A replacement bus service will depart from London Bridge at 1:10am, travelling to Orpington and calling at all stations. Additionally, on Wednesday and Thursday evenings, the 11:07pm service from London St Pancras International to Ramsgate via Dover Priory will be replaced by a bus between Dover Priory and Ramsgate, omitting Thanet Parkway.
