On Monday, Wednesday and Thursday nights, the 23:20 and 23:50 trains from London St Pancras International to Faversham will be replaced by buses between Ebbsfleet International, Gillingham and Faversham. The buses will stop at all stations except Higham, Newington and Teynham.
From 23:20 until the end of service on those nights, buses will replace trains between Sittingbourne and Sheerness-on-Sea. On Tuesday night only, the replacement bus will extend to Herne Bay, with the connecting train starting from Herne Bay instead of Faversham.
On Tuesday, Thursday and Friday nights, buses will replace trains between Gillingham and Faversham from 00:10 until the end of service. A minibus will operate between Sittingbourne and Teynham.
On Wednesday and Thursday nights, the 23:07 train from London St Pancras International to Ramsgate via Dover will be replaced by a bus between Dover Priory and Ramsgate. The bus will stop at all stations except Thanet Parkway.
