Disabled passenger injured as Stowmarket station lifts remain closed after £5.5m upgrade

A disabled passenger sustained injuries using stairs at Stowmarket station after lifts installed as part of a £5.5m upgrade remained non-operational four months past the scheduled opening. Greater Anglia says testing continues, with no confirmed date for lift access.
