Croydon Council reviews Whitgift Centre regeneration plans

Croydon Council is examining pre-application proposals for the Whitgift Centre's regeneration. Developer Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, which purchased the site for £31.5m, plans up to 4,000 homes, green space, and a public square. A formal planning application is expected in 2027.
