Eurostar to launch double-decker cocktail bars on new trains

Eurostar is introducing double-decker cocktail bars on its new Celestia fleet, set to enter service in 2031. The two-storey bars will be a feature for all passengers, with the new trains also increasing capacity by 20 per cent.
