Heathrow Terminals 2 and 3 flooded, rail urged for 267,000 daily passengers

Heathrow Airport has closed road access to Terminals 2 and 3 after flooding on 20 July. Passengers are told to use rail or Tube instead. The disruption follows the airport’s busiest day of the year, with 267,000 travellers on 19 July.
