Bank holiday rail disruption hits London services from 29 August

Passengers travelling to London over the August bank holiday weekend face rail disruption due to engineering work for the £1.4bn East Coast Digital Programme. Services will be suspended from 20:00 on 29 August until 08:00 on 31 August, with replacement buses and diversions in place.
