Notting Hill Carnival pioneers honoured at Westbourne Park station

A new plaque has been installed at Westbourne Park Underground station to commemorate 70 pioneers of the Notting Hill Carnival. Transport for London commissioned the artwork to mark 70 years since it began recruiting staff in the Caribbean.
