Healey backs Heathrow third runway growth case

Chancellor John Healey has indicated support for a third runway at Heathrow, citing a "pro-growth" case. This contrasts with Prime Minister Andy Burnham's stance, who suggested the decision should rest with Londoners. Heathrow's owners are reportedly considering their next steps regarding planning permission.
