Lumo cancels toilets on six-hour London to Stirling trains

Lumo has removed toilet facilities from its 417-mile Stirling to London Euston services, causing delays and forcing passengers to use station toilets. The operator, owned by FirstGroup, said it is working with Alstom to fix the issue but has no legal obligation to provide onboard toilets.
