Broken bus shuts Station Road in Wood Green for five hours

A double-decker bus broke down on Station Road, Wood Green, at 07:40 this morning after hitting a traffic light, closing the road until 12:30. Bus route 29 was diverted via Turnpike Lane, adding up to 20 minutes to journeys. No injuries were reported, Transport for London said.
