Route 209 will be rerouted to run from Hammersmith Lower Bus Station to Barnes Pond, replacing most of the current 533 service. Buses will travel via Castelnau and Lonsdale Road to Barnes Pond, then return along Lonsdale Road, Castelnau and Church Road to Hammersmith. Lonsdale Road will see two-way bus traffic for the first time.
Passengers travelling from Church Road, Castelnau or Lonsdale Road to Hammersmith will need to board the 209 on the opposite side of the road to the former 533 stops. At Barnes Pond, the 209 will terminate at stop BC, while routes 378, 969 and N22 will move to a newly reopened stop BD, 20 metres east.
The 209 will run every 15 minutes from first to last bus, seven days a week. First London will operate the service.

Route 378 rerouted to Wetlands Centre
Route 378 will continue to run between Putney Bridge Station and Mortlake Bus Station. During opening hours, it will double-run from Barnes Red Lion to serve the bus stop at the entrance to The London Wetland Centre, replacing the 485 on that section. No existing stops will be removed.
At Putney Bridge Station, the 378 will set down on Gonville Street and pick up from stop FC on Station Approach. On Putney Bridge, it will serve stop FD instead of FE. The 378 will run every 15 minutes, except on Sunday mornings before 08:00 when the frequency will be every 20 minutes. Transport UK will operate the service.
Route 485 shortened and 533 withdrawn
Route 485 will be restructured to run between Wandsworth and Mortlake Bus Station. It will no longer serve Hammersmith; that section will be covered by the new 209 route. The 485 will run every 30 minutes, seven days a week.
